for up to three phone lines, or more lines in a phone system.

This is a sturdy, high impact gray plastic assembly consisting of a base and cover.
The base has a screw-on connecting block and a wire entry port, weather-sealed with a neoprene grommet. The cover has an integral jack and spade-ended leads with a hinged, spring loaded door and neoprene seal insert. Wire can enter from back or bottom.
The gap between base and cover is sealed with a neoprene gasket. The jack accepts 2-, 4-, and 6-conductor line cords.
When the cover is closed, it can be secured with a cable strap or small padlock.
